It is all about the attitude

All of you read about www.youtube.com being forced to remove 29,549 files that were allegedly infringing copyrights owned/managed by The Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC). There was an article at www.theregister.co.uk website for instance. Meanwhile CBS started its own YouTube channel with clips from Letterman, CBS News, and some of the great American sports moments. More detilas in the article at www.pcworld.com website. I think (and its nothing new for sure), that if someone understand and uses new, “open” business’ models then there is a reward of a good publicity from consumers. In passing, below I present very funny movie without any fear of being sued. I wonder how it will look when the WIPO Treaty on the Protection of Broadcasting Organizations will come into force. One is unquestionable. It is not so easy for copyrights holders to adopt such treaty as it was in 1996 and earlier. ;)
