I mean In re Grand Jury Subpoena, 2007 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 87951, 2007 WL 4246473 (D. Vt. 2007). I suggest you read the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights judgment in Funke v. France, [1993] ECHR 7 (25 February 1993).
