April 8th, 2008, Tomasz RychlickiIn re Bilski, No. 08/833,892 (Fed. Cir. 2008) will be heard en banc by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Dennis Crouch wrote more detailed post regarding this issue and problems with business models’ patents.
